Rachel Jordan

Rachel Jordan is Director of Implementation Services at SciSure, where she leads the team that takes new customers from signed contract to live platform. She joined SciShield as a Client Relationship Specialist in 2015 and has spent more than a decade inside implementations at every level: configuring the software herself, running large-scale enterprise rollouts as a project manager, and training and mentoring the team of Implementation Project Managers she now directs. She holds a BA in Organizational Studies and Psychology from Pitzer College.
