Make your lab AI-ready without giving up control
Prepare your scientific data for AI, connect approved tools, and introduce practical capabilities with clear boundaries around sensitive information.

Connect your chosen AI environment
Give compatible AI tools controlled, read-only access to permitted information in SciSure Research. Scientists can ask questions in natural language and retrieve relevant experiments, samples, protocols, and other available records without manually exporting data.

Get product guidance inside SciSure
Ask questions in plain language and receive immediate guidance based on official SciSure documentation. Astra Iris helps users navigate features, troubleshoot common questions, and connect with the support team without leaving their workflow.

Turn a short prompt into a protocol draft
Create a structured, editable starting point for a laboratory protocol. Researchers can refine the generated content, collaborate with colleagues, and save the result within their existing protocol workflow.
Extend SciSure with specialized AI
AI-powered add-ons from SciSure Marketplace partners for specialized scientific workflows, including toxicity prediction, biological image analysis, particle classification, and cell therapy research.

AI readiness starts with trusted data
Scattered files, inconsistent records, and disconnected systems limit what AI can reliably find and interpret. SciSure helps organizations create a stronger foundation by making scientific information more structured, connected, and controlled.
Structured scientific information
Organize experiments, samples, protocols, equipment, and operational information with consistent scientific metadata, making records easier to find, connect, and interpret.
Connected workflows
Bring scientific records, lab processes, and integrated tools into a more connected environment, giving AI better context for relevant tasks.
Controlled access
Use roles, permissions, and defined connection methods to determine who and what can access sensitive scientific information.
Built on recognized standards
AI readiness depends on how technology, information security, and risk are governed. SciSure supports this foundation through independently assessed management systems and capabilities designed for regulated scientific environments.
ISO/IEC 27001 certified
Our information security management system provides a structured approach to identifying and managing risks to sensitive information, research data, and intellectual property.
Supporting regulated science
SciSure is GDPR compliant and provides capabilities that support FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and GLP requirements, including access controls, audit trails, version histories, and digital signatures.
Frequently asked questions
AI readiness means having structured scientific data, connected workflows, appropriate access controls, and a clear understanding of where AI can provide value. It creates the foundation needed to evaluate and introduce AI responsibly.
Start with the records your teams search for most often. Use consistent names, templates, and sample types, link samples and protocols to the experiments that use them, and review who can access what. AI tools can only find what has been recorded and what the user is allowed to see, so better-structured records lead to more useful answers.
Scientists can ask plain-language questions about experiments, samples, sample types, and protocols. For example, “Which experiments used reagent lot BSA-2024-03?” or “Do we have an existing protocol for this assay?” Answers depend on the user’s permissions and on what has been recorded in SciSure ELN and LIMS.
Data handling depends on the individual capability. SciSure provides clear information about what each capability can access, how information is processed, and what limitations apply. Customers should review the details for each capability before activation.
No. SciSure AI capabilities are optional and can be evaluated according to your organization’s policies, infrastructure, and intended use cases.
Eligible private-cloud and on-premises customers can use SciSure MCP to connect compatible AI environments. Connection options may include supported cloud providers and locally hosted models.
SciSure MCP currently covers only SciSure ELN and LIMS. This includes information such as experiments, samples, and protocols. Health & Safety records, such as chemical inventory, inspections, and training, are not part of the current capability.
SciSure MCP and Astra Iris answer different kinds of questions.
Astra Iris is a support assistant built into SciSure ELN and LIMS. It answers, “How do I use SciSure?” questions using official SciSure product documentation, and it does not access your experiments, records, or research content.
SciSure MCP answers questions about your own research. It connects your chosen AI tool to permitted experiments, samples, sample types, and protocols in SciSure ELN and LIMS, with read-only access that follows each user’s permissions.
