Manually scanning a large number of samples can be time-consuming. With Eppendorf RackScan, you can read complete storage racks with up to 96 different barcoded vials.
Use a barcode scanner or our Mobile App to transfer coded sample IDs. The scanner software transfers the coded sample IDs to eLabJournal, and the CryoStorage vial is stored in the ULT freezer.
How to get started
Step 1) Open a compartment in your Inventory Browser.
Step 2) Select 'RackScan' and start scanning to add new samples.
