SciSure MCP
Connect the AI environment your organization chooses with permitted scientific information in SciSure.
Bring scientific context into your AI workflow
SciSure MCP gives compatible AI environments controlled, read-only access to permitted information in SciSure Research.
Scientists can ask questions about experiments, samples, sample types, and protocols without manually exporting records or translating their questions into complex search criteria. The AI can retrieve relevant information for the user while SciSure continues to apply its existing authentication and permission controls.
SciSure MCP is built on Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI assistants with external systems and data sources.
Key Features & Benefits
Ask questions in natural language
Search permitted SciSure Research information using straightforward questions instead of navigating multiple filters or exporting records.
Connect your preferred AI environment
Use a compatible cloud-based AI provider or locally hosted model based on your organization’s infrastructure and policies.
Maintain user permissions
Every request is authenticated and follows the access permissions of the person making it. MCP does not provide access to restricted information.
Keep access read-only
Connected AI environments can retrieve supported information without modifying experiments, samples, protocols, or other records.
Choose your connection method
Connect through the SciSure-hosted MCP Proxy or establish a direct connection to your SciSure environment.
