Amass

What Amass does

• ‍Investigate across scientific domains. Follow a question from a gene or mechanism to relevant drugs, published findings, clinical trials, and patents. Every answer comes with citations you can open and inspect.‍
• Explore what your results could mean. Add an experiment and ask Amass to review the literature, compare published findings, or explain an unexpected result. Ask for evidence against your hypothesis, or add another experiment to develop the investigation.
• ‍Select experiments from your ELN. Open Amass from its tab in SciSure, browse your 100 most recent experiments grouped by project, search the list, and pick up to five to add as context for a question.‍
• Share only what you choose. Preview the selected experiments, sections, and approximate word count before anything is sent. Include or exclude individual sections, inspect the text in a plain-text view, and optionally mask compound identifiers. Only experiment text is shared, with attachments and images excluded, and each experiment is read again from SciSure when you send the question.

What it saves your lab

• Start from the experiment in front of you. The context already recorded in your ELN goes straight into the investigation, so you don't have to rebuild it by hand.
• Check the evidence before choosing the next step. See whether published findings support your interpretation, where they disagree, and what remains uncertain, then use that to refine a hypothesis or assess a follow-up experiment.
• Sources colleagues can review. Share the evidence behind a recommendation so colleagues can examine the same sources and discuss how they apply to the project.
